THIS SECTION IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION The term banner normally refers to any stylized treatment that will span full width or full content area width that is like a very stylized row. This can be used at the top of the page or mid-page break up text-heavy pages and surface headlines or targeted messaging.

The banners's that are in this section were called Banner/CTAs in the design comps, but may be confused with the CTA section.
